So, I was writing a post, and it was getting rather lengthy. The story was easier “told” than written. It was obvious that it was time for my YouTube debut. At least I hope this is my first time on YouTube…

So I too had an awkward hug moment when I hugged basically a complete stranger. (who you probably went to school with) I will also change names for this story. Greg was a senior in high school when I was a freshman and he dated one of my pretty close friends so I saw Greg pretty often. Just a few weeks ago I realized Greg’s older brother Joe (who looks pretty much identical to Greg) is my neighbors new best friend. (We got booted from top “best friend” status) So we are at our neighbors sons birthday party and getting ready to leave and his wife says bye and Joe shakes my husbands hand. Joe reaches out and (me thinking he looks like Greg who I know a hell of a lot better than Joe) and I go in for the hug!! He says “Ohh, I mean I was just going for a hand shake but okay.” I was mortified!!! In the car ride home I was hoping no one saw or cared enough to remember and Tony says “Uhhh that was really weird, you hugged Joe, you don’t even know him” hahah UHHH!!! So embarassed!

I have thought about vlogging because I am so sarcastic I think people take written word the wrong way, hence the hate mail…keep it up!

Thanks! I am sarcastic as well and I’m always like ummmmm how do you indicate that in written form?? PS – I am much thinner after this baby because I am breastfeeding and he can’t tolerate gluten or dairy so I walk around hungry and angry all the time. Last baby, I just kept gaining weight after!

I’m a nervous hugger and stand there like a pile of 2 x 4s when someone tries to hug me. My good friend is a total hugger – she’s almost converted me. Almost.
I have no trouble (anymore) hugging people who are huggers, but if there is someone on the fence and there is like an obliged hug or something… well… the awkwardness level is painful!
